3PL Warehouse Operative

Position Overview:

Air Sea Packing is a premium White Glove Shipping Company. Established in 1966, we work with Galleries, Interior Designers, High End Bespoke Furniture Manufacturers and Private Clients.

The warehouse acts as a fulfillment warehouse and stores furniture and props for a retail client and has approximately 26,000 sq ft of storage area dedicated to this client.

This role would suit a candidate with prior experience in 3PL warehouse work. Our business is built of performance and great customer service, delivering a comprehensive, smooth and faultless service.

The Role:

• Handling and packing a full range of items that might be found decorating a private residence.
• Quality check & reporting.
• Picking & Packing
• Use of IPAD – in-house system training provided.
• You will be required to complete reports and notify client managers of any changes of items.
• You will be responsible for taking receipt of high value works into our bonded warehouse ensuring that all items are stored correctly.
• Assisting drivers on loading bay
• General housekeeping
• Ad hoc duties as required by management
• Use of IPAD – in-house system training provided.
• Loading & unloading of vehicles.

Person Spec:

• Good communication skills
• Excellent eye for detail
• Computer literate
• Good level of physical fitness (due to heavy lifting)
