Supervisor/Installer

Position Overview:

Must have experience managing a team/crew and at least 3.5 Tonne licence desired

Air Sea Packing is a premium White Glove Shipping Company. Established in 1966, we work with Galleries, Interior Designers, High-End Bespoke Furniture Manufacturers, and Private Clients.

We are seeking a White Glove Delivery Driver/technician to join our team to handle Collections and Deliveries to the full range of clients that we serve.

This role would suit candidates with prior experience in removals or warehouse working within our industry or closely related industries. Our business is built of performance and great customer service, delivering a comprehensive, smooth and faultless service.

The Role:

• Delivering and collecting bespoke and high-end objects to Galleries, private residences, and commercial facilities.
• Handling and packing a full range of items that might be found decorating a private residence;
• Quality controlling and reporting.
• Client liaison.
• Management skills to organise and deal with staff questions and performance onsite.
• Some travel will be required for projects outside of the London area.
• Use of IPAD – in-house system training provided.
• Loading & unloading of vehicles.

Person Spec:

• Minimum 5 years driving experience – for insurance purposes
• Max 6 points on license
• Good command of the English language both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills
• Export packing desirable but not essential
• Attention to detail is crucial
• Physically fit as heavy lifting required
